What Are The Least Efficient Exercises and Gym Machines?

 

Over time – many people – some that trying with home gyms – or even those frequenting gyms, have come to believe in certain exercises performed on certain equipment – to be beneficial. Unfortunately there is a lot of myths that need to be busted once and for all. There are moves that are beneficial – and moves that aren’t. Some exercises are supposed to help burn fat – but do nothing of the sort. In this post 8 specific types of exercises done on various gym machines, some not, are finally revealed for what they are really worth.

#1: Seated inner/outer thigh machine (abductor/adductor machine)
#2: Twisting and rotating with a stick behind your head
#3: Triceps kickbacks
